More drug, robbery defendants, Harro, Batts, Hill, plead guilty

 

MIDDLEBURG – Three more suspects from a drug ring and two drug-related armed robberies have pleaded guilty and were sentenced in Snyder County Court Friday. Snyder County DA Mike Piecuch says Brice Harro pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. Harro also pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery for a robbery that occurred at Susquehanna University in August 2017. Harro was sentenced to 11-and-a-half to 23 months in county prison, followed by seven years probation.

 

Juvon Batts pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver and robbery. He also pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery for the SU incident. He also pleaded guilty to a first-degree felony of attempted robbery for the Clarion University incident that occurred a few weeks after the SU robbery. He was sentenced to two-and-a-half to five years in state prison.

 

Rasheed Hill pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery for the SU incident. He also pleaded guilty to attempted robbery for the Clarion incident. Hill was also sentenced to two-and-a-half to five years in state prison.
