Proceeds from an annual event at Moyer’s Grove Campground, Wapwallopen, will benefit Mostly Mutts, a no-kill animal shelter in Sunbury.
Cheeseburger in Paradise and the Dog Gone Fabulous Oldies Cruise Weekend will open Friday, July 13, with an all-you-can-eat fish fry from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
On Saturday, July 14, breakfast will be served from 9 to 11 a.m. followed by activities beginning at noon. Mostly Mutts volunteers will be on hand to answer questions about the shelter, organize games and share photos of dogs available for adoption. Mostly Mutts merchandise will be available.
The oldies cruise will start Saturday at 4 p.m. Keystone Kids StarMakers, made up of children ages 4 to 13, will present a program of rock ’n’ roll classics and DJ Shawn will emcee until 11 p.m. Food will be available.
Cheeseburger in Paradise and the Dog Gone Fabulous Oldies Cruise Weekend will conclude Sunday, July 15, and all events are open to the public.
