DANVILLE – About four years after a fire destroyed it, BJ’s Steak and Ribs in Danville is set to re-open later this summer. The Daily Item reports BJ’s is expected to reopen by mid to late August. Owner Bob Kirkpatrick tells the paper renovations are continuing at the new location at 494 Mill Street.
The new location will include a Neapolitan pizza oven, wood-fired items, a wood-fired broiler, and a new hearth oven with a gas oven. Kirkpatrick also says an executive chef and chef have been hired. BJ’s first opened in downtown Danville in1987.
